It’s easy. Add your flight to AirHelp+ (at least 48 hours before departure). Then we'll track it and quickly pay you €100 if:

• Your flight’s delayed by 3+ hours on arrival

• Your flight’s cancelled within 28 days of departure

• Your flight’s diverted

First add your flights to AirHelp+ (minimum 48 hours before departure) so we can track them. When your first flight is delayed, cancelled, or diverted, and you miss a connection, we’ll give you a fast €200 payout to help with the hassle.

Just send us your flight details, a proof of the delay, and your boarding passes, and your payout will be on the way.

Heads up: your flights must be part of the same booking to qualify for this insurance.

It’s simple. If your luggage gets delayed or lost, we’ll pay you €100.

To protect your flights, add them them in the app or dashboard at least 48 hours before departure.

Then, if your bag is lost or delayed just grab a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) from the airport’s lost luggage desk and send us what we need. Your €100 payout will be on its way. And it's on top of any compensation the airline might owe you, of course.

A trip is your complete travel itinerary. It covers everything — from your outbound flight, return flight, and any number of connecting flights. Even if you’re only flying one way, that’s still counted as 1 trip.

To get this benefit, add your flight details in the app or Customer Dashboard as soon as possible (minimum 48 hours before scheduled departure). Then, if your flight’s disrupted, we’ll send you a lounge pass.

Lounge access depends on availability and opening hours. If you can’t use your lounge pass immediately, it remains valid for 3 months and can be used worldwide at any supported lounge.

Yes! AirHelp+ is available worldwide, no matter where you live or where you’re flying.

We use various international air passenger rights laws like Europe’s EC 261, the Montreal Convention, and ANAC 400 in Brazil, to make sure travellers everywhere get the the support and compensation they deserve.

Your AirHelp+ membership lasts 12 months, but you can cancel anytime to prevent it from renewing.

To cancel, go to your app or Customer Dashboard, select “My account”, and navigate to “Plan & Benefits”. On the page, scroll down to “Manage your plan” and click “Cancel my plan”. Or just email plus@airhelp.com.

Cancellations within the first 14 days.

If you cancel within the first 14 days, we’ll give you a full refund — unless you’ve already travelled on covered flights. Just send an email to plus@airhelp.com.
