I haven't been able to receive the new phone. I also can't complete the offer for the upgrade because there's a problem with the system. I chatted with a rep over the weekend, and I was disconnected. So frustrated, I didn't reach back out.

Solid device overall . I've been using Samsung flagships.since the galaxy S3 and I've been pretty happy with them. But the reviews saying the camera sucks are accurate . Pics come out grainy or blurry if there's any kind of motion involved ,This has been. A problem for as long as I can remember. But don't listen to the non tech people on here leaving reviews talking about how one UI 7 is more complicated ,The S25 ultra deletes emails or pics by itself etc .....No it doesn't. That sll comes down to user error like always .

I've been a life long iPhone user. I decided to give Android a try — so naturally I purchased the flagship. I was immediately disappointed on all fronts. I went all in — I purchased the phone, Galaxy buds and 2 nice cases and glass screen protector. Come to discover that Android is just not as refined as iPhone, both hardware and mainly software/ apps. The worst part about this device is the fingerprint scanner. It works maybe 50% of the time. I thought if I kept using it, I'd get used to it, but it seems to only get worse. Now I'm stuck with it for 36 months. I'll probably end up paying it off and switching before the end. My advice is do a trial and determine what you want before the 30 day refund policy is up.

I've had this phone for 2 months now. I traded my S24 Ultra for it. At first. I planned on returning the S25 ultra because it truly felt no different, when I upgrade i expect an upgrade. So I followed my gut and kept the S25. I gotta say. It's almost exactly as the reviewers on YouTube described. "Not anything dramatic but it feels like everything is refined " and that's exactly how it feels (speed, battery life, performance). Everything is just so well rounded.

I have been a big fan of the Galaxy line since the Note 8. Many things have changed and almost always in a good way. I wasn't sure about the S25 Ultra with being the first more square model vs rounded edge but I gotta say it's GREAT. The feeling of it in the hand feels so much more natural. Look if you get an ultra you know you are going for performance and quality of the highest tier. The camera is amazing, the speed is "ultra" fast ;), the pen is more secure in the phone and feels natural to use and smooth. Overall I am glad I upraged to the S25 from my S22 ultra.
