Poor quality
Packing for my first trip.. The zipper broke I have had Samsonite suitcases before and love them. The quality of this suitcase is not good. Disappointed.

Disappointed
Overall I'm sure Samsonite suitcases are amazing because everyone that I know that has one loves it. Mines however, came with a defect in both... the interior zippers on the wrong side. I was able to return it and requested a new one to be sent but I was refunded so maybe they sold out? The customer service was great helpimg with the issue but I'm disappointed with the product I received.

Hardware is inadequate.
Not a good suitcase. Used once now the zipper continues to come apart while closed. Unable to use again. Do not purchase.

They are super good I really like them my mom got them for my birthday cause I had some similar but we went on a trip an at the airport the left my luggage in Tx an when they delivered them to my house they were broken an they didn’t want to replace them cause I had to have the receipt that was so messed up

TERRIBLE QUALITY
In the fall, I purchased this luggage set for an upcoming winter trip. While on the trip, the zipper of the large bag began to separate. Also, I noticed that the zipper was bent and misaligned in a few places. By the time I arrived home, the luggage zipper was completely inoperable. Additionally, I was unable to return it to the store because the return window had passed. This Samsonite set looks nice but it is a 1 trip wonder that ! Terrible quality!
